Friday Night Skills

Small-group training sessions on the outdoor fields at The Stable. Players choose the program that best fits their development needs and train with our coaches in a focused, high-energy environment.

Skills, Shooting, and Goalkeeping run simultaneously on the fields. Academy players train at 5:30 PM and Select players train at 7:00 PM. Friday Night Skills runs every other Friday — the alternating Fridays are reserved for Parents' Night Out.
